Watch Christopher Hitchens volunteer to get waterboarded for Vanity Fair Magazine

After Hannity's bewildering boast, "volunteering to get waterboarded for charity and in support of families of the troops". I present video of another prominent pundit volunteering to get waterboarded, Christopher Hitchens. Perhaps the very fact that many middle-aged civilians have offered to undergo waterboarding for journalistic purposes leads people to question whether it qualifies as torture. Even the concept of "torture" has been trivialised by the mainstream acceptance and amusement gained from extreme self-harm on shows like 'MTV's Jackass' and 'The Dudesons'

VIDEO: Christopher Hitchens Get Waterboarded (VANITY FAIR)
Christopher Hitchens, an outspoken proponent for the Iraq War and noted critic of organised Religion volunteers to get waterboarded for Vanity Fair Magazine.
Prologue:
Last February, Vanity Fair Editor-in-chief Graydon Carter asked writer Christopher Hitchens if he would be willing to subject himself to the form of torture known as waterboarding.
Hitchens accepted.

CHRISTOPHER HITCHENS: It would be bad enough if you did have something, suppose they wanted to know where a relative of yours was, or a lover say. You'd feel like "well I'm going to betray them now, cuz this has to come an end. I can't take this anymore". But what if you didn't have anything? What if they got the wrong guy? Then you'd be in danger of losing your mind very quickly I think.

Believe Me, It’s Torture
What more can be added to the debate over U.S. interrogation methods, and whether waterboarding is torture? Try firsthand experience. The author undergoes the controversial drowning technique, at the hands of men who once trained American soldiers to resist—not inflict—it.

Wow, that didn't even seem like they were giving him full boar waterboarding either and he still reacted like that. The guys the US captured were waterboarded over 100 times and some of them still didn't crack.

Interesting in deed.

As per the first part of your post, perhaps we are starting to trivialize it a bit. However, I still want to see Hannity waterboarded.
